Wild (last film I saw!), Guardians of the Galaxy, Baby Driver, Hot Fuzz, anything by Wes Anderson, Bridesmaids... plenty more!
Catcher in the Rye, all three Donna Tartt novels, anything by Kate Atkinson, Wuthering Heights, most Thomas Hardy novels, Persephone books do a great selection.
Everything! Really... can't think of anything I don't like apart from crazily hot food. I've even eaten Reindeer in Norway (sorry Rudolph!).
It's got to be emotional enough that the hairs on my neck stand on end... or make me move...or both! Pretty eclectic... from Afro Celt Sound System to PJ Harvey to Dolly Parton to Mozart to The Be Good Tanyas to Bach... I love live music... ska and reggae are fab, as well as a great dj set... dancing all night is pretty orgasmic!!
Getting better! Cool rock chick??! Ha! I like dresses with a good bra... I'm getting better at wearing heels, and also love the 1950s rocker look too... black jeans, t-shirt and sunglasses and lipstick are my casual... very protective of my red biker jacket too! I like some of the boho/hipster/rockabilly looks... but not so good at pulling it off myself! Primark, TK Maxx and Oxfam are my main shopping outlets!
Very well exercised!!! Love Victoria Wood, French & Saunders, AbFab, Dinner Ladies, Jam&Jerusalem, Edgar Wright films, silly American films... but mostly just like to laugh a lot... because life really is too short! I like making other people laugh and having a giggle. But I don't like caustic stuff that makes fun of other people... one-up-manship is not my thing; but affectionate quips are sweet.
Singing, dancing, partying, drinking gin, walking my dog, visiting castles, pretending that I'm in a Jane Austen novel in National Trust houses, going to concerts and gigs, theatre, picnics, bike rides, the beach, pretending to run, Pilates, living vicariously through my children, writing, reading novels, laughing...
Been to various bits of Europe (lots of France and Germany, Budapest, Bergen), would like to go to Portugal, Italy, Croatia, and the USA and Canada, Cuba and Brazil.
I'd need some persuading... mainly to know that they 'get' British humour... but happy to try!!
Friday/Saturday nights would be party time/ going out/ concert/ gig/ pub... getting tipsy and giggly together, then having some fun back home... Saturday day an Art Gallery or museum/ castle would be fun (quick bit of kissing in the library..), Sunday: Doing some kind of outdoorsy stuff like beach combing or shuffling through a woodland... finding a quiet old church or oak tree for a quick snog... then heading to the pub for good food and drinks... then bed. x
Happy, outgoing, friendly. I love meeting new people and trying new experiences, pushing my comfort zones; I am loyal and trustworthy, I put a lot into my friendships and love being with those I love! I'm sensitive and open, passionate and impulsive.
Someone who would like to do all/some/any of the above! Someone who can laugh at life and likes to have fun. Creative, caring and/or musical probably, as I just find 'business'/ financial folk a bit tough to crack. But I'm up for the challenge!
